Rebranding for Movimento Mulher 360

Diversity, equality and inclusion are cornerstones to build a fair society and a more plural, innovative and sustainable employment market. Movimento Mulher 360 (360 Women’s Movement) was founded in 2011 and throughout the years has gained momentum and became a protagonist in the Brazilian corporate scene, working prolifically towards accelerating gender equality in the working spaces.

Our guidelines for this project was the construction of an approachable brand, better aligned with the Movement’s current stage, representing the feminine plurality, understanding and translating its many intersectionalities.

The new brand translates the maturity acquired along 11 years of operations and creates the notion of motion: the connection of two universes that can be easily interpreted as “woman + job opportunities”, or even “companies + MM360”. We also created a new brand signature, making their pitch more objective and solving the redundancy that it caused when combined with the project’s name, like it did before.

Based on the 7 Principles of Women Empowerment, one of UN’s key platforms, we created 7 secondary forms that can be applied in its identity.
